1959: Foundation of the two owner-managed companies Gillhuber Transporte and Gillhuber Logistik & Dienste.
2005: Logistics activities taken over by internationally active IMPERIAL Logistics International B.V. & Co. KG, Duisburg; further expansion in 2006 with addition of new locations in Swindon and Oxford in Great Britain.
Today: The Gillhuber Logistik Group offers sophisticated logistics services throughout the supply chain to customers in the automotive and supply industry as well as those in the consumer goods industry.
